2026 Canadian International Peace Conference
The Canadian Peace Summit is an annual gathering dedicated to advancing a vision of peace that extends beyond the absence of violence. Our 2026 theme focuses on the critical link between economic opportunity, social equity, and lasting peace. We believe that a truly peaceful society is one where all individuals have the opportunity to thrive, and this requires turning good intentions into tangible, economic solutions.
This one-day summit will bring together a diverse range of leaders—from policymakers and entrepreneurs to grassroots organizers and youth innovators—to explore actionable strategies for building a more just and prosperous Canada. Through thought-provoking keynotes, interactive workshops, and a dynamic pitch competition, we will showcase how inclusive practices and economic growth are essential tools for peacebuilding

Conference Highlights

Keynote Conversations: Gain insights from leading voices in business, government, and civil society on how they are integrating peacebuilding into their work. A special fireside chat will feature women leaders sharing their unique perspectives on creating a more equitable society.
Workshops & Simulations: Participate in hands-on sessions focused on real-world peacebuilding. Learn practical skills in conflict resolution, community trust-building, and restorative justice through interactive simulations and expert-led workshops.
The Youth PeaceMakers Pitch Competition: Witness the next generation of changemakers in action. Five youth-led projects will pitch their innovative peace initiatives to a panel of expert judges, with micro-grants awarded to help launch their ventures.
Networking & Collaboration: Connect with a diverse community of peace advocates, entrepreneurs, and students. The summit is designed to build the cross-sectoral partnerships necessary to create sustainable change.
